 South West Property Centre opened its doors to the property market back in 1985. Our office in Charlotte Street, Stranraer, has become a 'well kent' feature of the town and is simply known by most folk as SWPC. The idea was to introduce a completely new and independent estate agency service to the area. We achieved this aim by concentrating all our efforts solely on marketing our clients' properties without succumbing to other distractions, like the legal conveyancing or survey work.
