South West Property Centre opened its doors to the property market back in 1985.
Our office in Charlotte Street, Stranraer, has become a well known feature of the town and is simply known by most people as SWPC. The idea was to introduce a completely new and independent estate agency service to the area.
We achieved this aim by concentrating all our efforts solely on marketing our clients' properties without succumbing to other distractions, like the legal conveyancing or survey work. By operating in this way, our clients know that our only aim is to obtain the very best price for their property.
During the past 26 years, SWPC has grown to become the biggest player, by a distance, in the local residential market place. We have developed our service using modern techniques, digital photography and providing access to a useful and informative website.
